Dan Abramovici

Dan Abramovici immigrated to Canada as a teenager, a background that has fueled his interest in stories exploring identity and belonging. A graduate of the Canadian Film Centre’s prestigious Actor Conservatory, Abramovici made his mark with his debut feature Ben’s At Home, which he co-wrote and starred in. Following a theatrical release in Canada, it reached wider audiences on Netflix in 2017. His next feature script, You Have Feet In Your Shoes, earned recognition at Cinequest, where it won a Top 10 award and led to mentorship opportunities with industry legends including Lawrence Kasdan and Dennis Lehane. As an actor, Dan has appeared in series such as Star Trek: Discovery, Wayne, What We Do In The Shadows, JANE, and Tales From The Void. His film work includes Tehranto, The Marsh King’s Daughter, Sofia Coppola’s Priscilla, and the upcoming The Fallers, opposite Georgina Campbell.
